I have some great news to report to you. I recently received certification as a Mastery Method Coach through the Institute for Coaching Mastery (ICM). 

The Institute for Coaching Mastery is a dynamic, immersive, and intensive coaching certification program that is accredited as a Continuing Coach Education program through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF sets professional standards, provides training for coaching professionals, and operates a global network for its members and those searching for certified coaches. 

Although I have been a full time life coach for the last several years, in 2024, I set an intention to take my own personal development to the next level so that I can better serve my current and future clients.

I am a firm believer that anyone who seeks to be a guide / healer / coach for others must also embody what they teach others. As a coach, I regularly encourage folks to invest in themselves. In 2024, I realized it's time for me to upgrade my personal investment into myself.

It wasn't long before I was directed to the Institute for Coaching Mastery, a dynamic immersive program founded by Alyssa Nobriga. Alyssa is a licensed Clinical Somatic Psychotherapist with a master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and holds a second master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, where she also worked on faculty. 

As the saying goes, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. Alyssa Nobriga is more than just a highly skilled psychotherapist / trauma informed coach, she has also been a teacher / guide for me this past year through ICM. For that, I will forever be grateful. ICM has been one of the best investments I have made into myself.

As a result of successfully completing this dynamic program, I can attest that I am a better coach, healer, and human being. I am more equipped now than ever before to take the next step forward in my work to end human suffering.
