Whatever We Resist Will Persist, but, Whatever We Appreciate Will Appreciate.
The more we focus on our fears and perceived problems, the more we rail on what we perceive are injustices in the world, the worse it will become for us.
The more we engage with fire, the more we will get burned.
The more we focus on what “feels” good and non-resistive in our lives right now, however, the more control over our lives we will actually gain.
This can be initially challenging for us to do because it goes against our survivalist instincts.
The key to implementing this key pro-tip on a daily basis is to begin paying attention to the sensations of how our particular focus or thoughts during the day feels in our bodies.
If what we are focusing on feels heavy, lethargic, and discouraging, it's an energetic indicator that we are out of alignment with the source of life within us.
Simply put, this means it's time to shift our focus on a thought or awareness that elicits an energetic sensation of abundance and gratitude. This is a simple exercise that will bring a tremendous shift in energetic momentum for us over time.
