Reactive decision making is the biggest cause of financial poverty and relational conflict.
When we feel ‘pressed’ for money, time, or love / connection, we end up making reactive decisions that only magnify the very sense of lack that we are trying to solve.
This is because all energy is creative in nature. Lack is an energy rooted in a perception of insufficiency. When we react from that state, everything that we create can only perpetuate the energetic signature of lack even if the actions we may be taking are logical, sound, and mentally justified.
People who feel a lack of love and connection react to that inner state of being by making destabilizing decisions that sabotage their current committed relationships that they may have. This eventually leads to relational breakdown and abandonment.
People who feel financially lacking react to that inner fear of poverty by making decisions about their focus and career that sabotage or neglect their true passions and gifts out of fear they will not be able to survive or measure up in life. This misplaced focus on survival leads to self abandonment, servitude, and even more debt.
Those who feel that time or money is lacking also react to that inner state of being by making reactive decisions to neglect their own self care and wellbeing because they believe they don’t have the time or money for self care. This ultimately leads to more mental, physical, and spiritual dis-ease which will end up taking the majority of their time and money away, ironically, in the long run.
Before making any decisions, first determine if the decision is reactive in nature, or responsive in nature. Responsive decisions are rooted in the energy of abundance and sufficiency, but reactive decisions are rooted in the energy and perception of lack.
May we learn how to recognize the vast difference between reactive / responsive states of being, and may we discover how to shift our energetic signature out of lack and into abundance.
