Understand that there are no ‘dark switches’ in life. There are only light switches.

Did you know that a light switch works simply by interfering with the flow of electrical current?

Current (energy) flows unless there is resistance to the flow. When the mechanism of the light switch interferes with the flow of current, the lights go out and darkness is the result.

There is no ‘source’ for the darkness.

The same is true in life. There is life, and there is resistance to life.

In life there is ease, and there is resistance to ease (disease). There is no ‘source’ for disease.

In life there is love, and there is resistance to love (rejection). There is no ‘source’ for rejection.

In life there is light, and there is resistance to light (evil). There is no ‘source’ for evil.

If you find yourself in opposition to anything (or anyone) in life, you are deluded. The thing you are ‘against’ (or are at war with) simply doesn’t exist.

Today, we have an opportunity to recognize that there is only the substance of life and light. There is nothing to oppose. The less we resist light and life, the more light and life there will be for us to experience.
