Anxiety, fear, & dis-empowerment is not normative and does not need to be our baseline default setting in life.
Far too many of us have accepted anxiety, fear, and dis-empowerment as normative simply because it has been our past point of reference. Believe it or not, it’s common for people to build an entire egoic persona around their anxiety, fear, and dis-empowerment. It doesn’t need to be this way for you, however.
How are you known and seen in this world? What kind of persona and character have youcreated?
Do people know you and experience you through your dramas, struggles, and perceived limitations, or do people know and experience you as a powerful creator of your own life?
You could be known, (not for your anxiety, fear, and dis-empowerment), but for your clarity, groundedness, and ease. This happens as we learn to stop seeing our past experiences as ‘normative’, and we become open and willing to learn a new way to be with ourselves.
Here are three very challenging questions that I would encourage all of us to ask of ourselves today…
Am I willing to accept a life free of suffering?
Am I willing to let go of pity and sympathy seeking?
Am I willing to accept that my life is 100% my own making?
Consider these questions very carefully today. All you have to gain is your life.
